The journey through life is not linear. It usually involves a few steps forward and then backwards --- and then forward again. It is easy to feel discouraged, frustrated and “stuck” during parts of this cycle --- often unable to figure out what you want to do or how to go about making changes. Too often people feel confused or overwhelmed. Individual coaching may help you overcome obstacles and create the changes in your life you so desire.

Coaching takes place by phone or in person in 30, 45 or 60 minute contacts, usually once a week. Coaching in groups is also available.
